摘要
首先概述了现有热法磷酸特种燃磷塔的结构和工作原理,然后进行黄磷燃烧反应计算,得到燃烧产物焓值和燃烧温度的计算式;根据能量平衡原理给出燃磷塔的能流图,并建立特种燃磷塔热平衡关系式,导出了燃烧反应热利用效率和各项热损失的计算式,重点分析了各热损失原因和提高热利用效率的技术措施,最后对具有辐射对流换热面的新型燃磷塔进行实例计算,并与现有特种燃磷塔进行分析比较。
The structure and working principle of the existing phosphoric acid furnace were introduced.Then the yellow phosphorus combustion was calculated,and enthalpy of combustion product and formula of combustion temperature were obtained.The energy flow chart was drawn and the balanced relationship of heat and the heat loss of the phosphoric acid furnace was established according to the principle of energy balance.From that the formula of utilization efficiency and kinds of heat loss were obtained.Then the reasons were analyzed and the technical ways to improve the utilization of the available energy were put forward.Finally,the new phosphoric acid furnace with radioactive and convective heat transfer surface compared with the existing was calculated.
