福田区人口家庭住房状况分析

Analysis on Population's Housing in Futian District

人口住房状况是衡量一个地区居民生活水平和质量的重要标志之一。本文利用福田区2015年1%人口抽样调查和2010年第六次人口普查等数据资料,从居住水平、居住质量等方面对辖区人口家庭住房状况进行深入研究。结果发现,福田住房总体状况不断改善,住房条件好于深圳市平均水平,但住房支出压力较大。对比日本、中国香港等地住房状况发现,福田区人均住房面积较高,但住房基础设施配备仍不足。依据人口变化等趋势,福田区未来住房将表现出住房供需压力持续增加、住房质量有效提升等趋势,最后从五个方面提出了政策建议。

Housing condition is one of the important symbols to measure the living level and quality. From the perspective of residential level and quality, this paper analysis the population housing in Futian district with the 2015 and 2010 census. The results show： housing condition overall continues to improve, also is better than the average level of Shenzhen, but has greater pressure on housing expenditure. Contrast to Japan and Hongkong, we found Futian residents have larger housing area,but housing infrastructure is still inadequate, and has no standard for housing construction.According to the trend of population change, the future housing will have increasing pressure between housing supply and housing demand, and the upgrading of housing quality. Finally we put forward the policy recommendations.
