河南省航空经济发展下的民航服务人才发展现状、问题与对策

Present Situation and Problems and Countermeasures of Development about the Civil Aviation Service Personnel in Henan Province under the Background of Aviation Economy

近年来,伴随着航空经济转变为速度经济浪潮中的"冲击波",河南省民航业也得以迅速发展,郑州航空港经济综合实验区的二期工程建设也稳步推进。航空经济的快速发展,促进了河南省的交通区位优势和对外开放水平的显著提升,并对河南省的经济与社会发展具有重要的支撑和带动作用。本文对河南省民航服务人才需求、人才培养现状进行分析,引出河南省民航服务人才供需不平衡、人才培养模式亟待改革等问题,并结合河南省航空经济发展实际状况,针对以上问题提出相应的建议与对策。

In recent years, in the condition of the government of Henan province implying the strategy of priority to the development of the civil aviation, the civil aviation industry is developing rapidly, and Zhengzhou airport comprehensive experimental area is built steadily, at the same time, the advantage of traffic location and the level of opening to the outside world are improved significantly. More importantly, the aviation economy plays an important part in the development of society economy. This paper analyzes the needs and cultivation of the civil aviation service personnel, pointing out that in the development of aviation economy, there are some problems for the civil aviation service personnel, for example, imbalance between supply and demand of civil aviation service personnel,and the training of talents is urgently reformed,and so on. Then we put forward the countermeasures to solve these problems.
