综合改革试点下义乌国际贸易服务体系的构建与完善

Under the Comprehensive Reform Pilot of Establishment and Improvement of the Yiwu International Trade Service System

国家综合配套改革试验区是面向未来的改革开放新试点,他们不仅承担着巩固和加强本区域竞争优势的任务,还是我国未来国际竞争力的关键支点。国际贸易综合改革以开发开放为目的,选择了具备外向型经济竞争优势的区域,如上海浦东新区、天津滨海新区、义乌市场等,通过全面改善和提升区域软硬件设施、管理机制、产业结构、人才储备等竞争力,从而将这些区域打造成具有持久国际竞争力的国际贸易聚集区。本文以义乌市场为对象,首先简析了国际贸易综合改革的内涵及特征,并对义乌市场目前呈现的发展趋势,尤其是服务体系所面临的问题进行了分析,最后提出构建和完善义乌国际贸易服务体系的措施建议。

the national comprehensive reform pilot area is a new pilot for the future of reform and opening up,they not only take on the task of consolidating and strengthening the competitive advantage in their respective regions, also key protection of the nation’s international competitiveness. To develop international trade comprehensive reform and opening up, chose to have the competitive advantage of regional export-oriented economy,such as Shanghai pudong new area, tianjin binhai new area, yiwu market, etc., through comprehensive improvement and increasing area of software and hardware facilities, management mechanism, industrial structure, talent reserves, such as competitiveness, to these areas into a lasting international competitiveness of the international trade community. Based on yiwu market as the object, this paper first discusses the connotation and characteristics of international trade comprehensive reform, and the obligation to the market at present, the development of the present trend, especially service system are analyzed, and the problems faced and finally put forward to build and perfect the measures of compulsory international trade service system are suggested.
