Features of Human Behavior and Economic Corruption

人类的行为特征是客观的 ,是其生物学特性决定的。人的行为特征是社会秩序的基础 ,如果社会组织不能有效地抑制人类行为特征中的弱点 ,多数人会倾向于规避责任 ,提供较低的努力水平。偏离人类行为特征的经济体制与管理体制必然导致败德现象的滋生蔓延 ,从而引起经济系统的低效率。

The feature of human behavior is objectivity, which is determined by human's biological nature. The feature of human behavior is the basis of social order. When social organizations fail to restrain the weakness of the human behavioral nature, most of us are inclined to avoid responsibility and give efforts as few as possible. Economic and administrative systems that deviate the feature of human behavior certainly lead to the surge and spread of the corruption phenomenon, and thus causes low efficiency of the economic system.
