以发音法为主确定垂直距离的总义齿修复30例疗效分析

Clinical analysis of thirty cases of the complete denture using the method of articulation to determine the vertical distance

目的:探讨发音法确定垂直距离的总义齿修复效果。方法:选取2012年8月~2016年7月就诊于中日友好医院口腔中心的单颌或双颌无牙的患者。入组30例,其中男18例,女12例,平均年龄68.2岁,主要运用发音法确定垂直距离进行总义齿修复。修复后分别于调适后1个月和6个月,从美观性、咀嚼、语音、固位性及舒适性几个方面对患者进行满意度评估。结果:24例患者的评分均值在80分以上,即除6例患者为较满意,24例患者对义齿表示满意。在美观性及语音功能方面,1个月与6个月时的评分无显著性差异(P>0.05),在咀嚼功能、固位性及舒适性方面,6个月时的评分均显著高于1个月(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:对无牙合患者进行总义齿修复,以发音法为主确定垂直距离简单、快速、可靠。

Objective：To explore the effect of the method of articulation to determine the vertical distance of complete denture.Methods：A total of 30 patients with the single and double edentulous jaws who visited the Center of Stomato]ogy at China-Japan Friendship Hospital from 2012 to 2016 were enrolled into the group, 18 of them were male and 12 were female,the average age was 68.2 years old.The vertical distance of the complete denture was determined by the method of articulation.After the initia] adjustment,patients＇ satisfaction assessment were carried out at 1 and 6 month respectively after the therapy,including appearance, chewing,speech,retention and comfort degree to evaluate the total effects of the denture.Results：Twenty four of the patients were satisfied with the denture,whose average score were more than 80.In the aspect of the appearance and speech,there were no significant difference between the 1 month and 6 months scores （P〉 0.05）.Chewing,retention and comfort scores of 6 months were higher than those of I month （P〈0.05,P〈0.01）. Conclusion：To restore the edentulous patients with complete denture,the method of articulation is simple, reliable to determine the vertical distance.
