教学工作是高校的中心工作,高校教学质量关乎着高校的生存和发展,质量的提高在于科学管理,科学管理的实效在于精细化程度。推进高校教学质量精细化管理是认真贯彻执行党的十八届五中全会路线、方针、政策的实际行动,其现代内涵是以现状为基础、以质量为根本、以制度为准则、以人性化管理为亮点、以细节和战略并重为导向,最终目标是建设高等教育质量文化。

Teaching is the center of higher education, and a college＇s teaching quality is related to it＇s sur- vival and development. The quality improvement depends on scientific management, and the effectiveness of scientific management depends on the degree of precision. Promoting the fine management of teaching quali- ty in colleges and universities is the practical action to conscientiously implement the route, guiding princi- ples, policies of the Fifth Plenary Session of the Eighth Communist Party Of China Central Committee, and its modern connotation is taking the status quo and quality as the fundamental, the system as criterion, the humanized management as highlight, orienting the way in both details and strategy, and the ultimate goal is the construction of quality culture of higher education.
