Reform and Exploration of Food Comprehensive Experiment Course

《食品综合实验I》是食品专业核心课程,改革的目的是提高学生的行业竞争力。为使课程的改革与建设更具有针对性,对北京城市学院食品专业本科毕业生所需技能进行调查分析。根据调查结果,在教学内容方面,充实已有实验项目,增开现代仪器分析检验项目,尝试开设自主设计综合项目;采用多种教学方法结合的方式,提高学生学习积极性和自主性;通过新的考核方式的实行,提高学生综合素质能力。

＂The Food comprehensive experiment I＂ is the core course of food specialty, and the purpose of the reform is to improve the competitiveness of students in the industry. In order to make the reform and construction more targeted, skills needed by food specialty graduates from Beijing City University are inves- tigated and analyzed. According to the survey results, we enrich the existing experimental project, increase the modern instrumental analysis project, and attempt to set up self-design project. We adopt a variety of teaching methods to improve students＇ learning initiative and autonomy. We implement the new evaluation way to improve students＇ comprehensive ability.
