应用型动漫人才培养“校企研”三合一管理体制研究

On the Construction of “Three-in-One” Management System of University,Enterprise and Research Institute in Training Animation Talents

动漫产业迅速发展,需要大量的应用型专门型人才,需要较高的职业素养和较强的技术能力。本文针对地方应用型大学动漫类人才培养,提出需要创新性的建立"学校、企业、研究机构"三合一管理体制,将高校人才培养与企业的人才需求进行对接,充分发挥高校、企业和研究机构的功能。旨在开展符合行业需求的应用型人才培养,才能不断提高学校专业能力和影响力。

Therapid development of animation industry requires a large number of applied talents with high professional quality and technical capacity. Considering the cultivation of animation talents in local applied universities, the thesis proposes that we should creatively build ＂Three-in-One＂ （universities, enterprises, research institutes） management mechanism to combine the cultivation with the needs and to fully give play to the functions of universities, enterprises and institutes.
