摘要
目的建立微波法产地加工延胡索饮片的质量标准。方法对微波法产地加工的延胡索饮片进行性状、薄层鉴别,并对灰分、水分、浸出物进行测定,采用HPLC法对原阿片碱、延胡索乙素进行含量测定,采用分光光度法对总生物碱进行含量测定。结果经微波加工的延胡索饮片水分<15%,灰分<4%,浸出物>13%,符合《中国药典》要求。薄层斑点清晰,分离度较好。延胡索乙素、原阿片碱、总生物碱含测结果准确、重现性好。结论所建立的质量标准可为微波法产地加工延胡索饮片提供依据。
Objective To establish the quality standard for origin processing Corydalis yanhusuo by microwave method.Methods The traits, TLC identification carried out, ash, moisture, extract measured, tetrahydropalmatine, protopine and total alkaloidswere measured by HPLC and UV spectrophotometry method respectively. Results The moisture of Corydalis decoction by microwave method is less than 15%, the ash is less than 4%, the extract is more than 13%, meeting the requirements of pharmacopoeia. The TLC spots were clear, good resolution. The determination method is accurate,reproducible. Conclusion Quality standards established could provide the basis for origin processing of Corydalis yanhusuo by the microwave method.
