人文医学学科建设之我见

On the Construction of Medical Humanities Disciplines

学科建设的状态及其指标体系的完满程度,是学科发展水平的重要标志。当前我国人文医学的建设,需要从反映学科的时代精神,明确学科的性质,落实学科的归宿,夯实学科的基础,即一方面是人文医学学科的理论基础,另一方面是人文医学的医学基础,完善学科的结构和知识体系,以及加速人才队伍建设,特别是学科带头人的培养,以及开展学科相关重要课题的研究几方面着手。人文医学学科的建设,应当紧密围绕培养优秀医学人才的目标进行。

State and its degree of perfection of the index system of discipline construction, are important indicators of the level of discipline development. At present, the construction of humanistic medicine in China needs to reflect the spirit of the times, to clarify the nature and destination of the discipline, tamping the foundation of the discipline, which on the one hand is the theoretical basis of humanities medicine, on the other hand is the medical foundation of humanistic medicine, perfecting the structure and knowledge system of disciplines, and speeding up the building of the talented team, especially the academic leader, and carrying out important proiects related to the disciplines. The construction of humanistic medicine should be closely centered on the goal of cultivating excellent medical talents.
