Study Experiences and Implications from the Exchange Program with Harvard Medical School

哈佛医学院及其附属医院是全世界范围内顶尖的集医疗、教学、科研力量于一身的医学巨擎,它的成功与其领先的教育理念、开放的治学态度、先进的临床医疗培训体系密不可分。面临新的变革时代,为完善我国临床医疗与医学教育培训体系,借鉴国外先进医学文化精髓必不可少。笔者两次身临其中,通过参与日常临床医疗工作和临床医生培养项目,深入地了解其先进的医疗服务管理理念和完善的医疗人才队伍培训制度。从临床医生的视角,通过亲身经历,希望能借鉴国外的经验,助力于医生未来职业发展道路及国内医院的创新发展之路。

As the leading medical practice, teaching and research unit in the world, Harvard Medical School and its affiliated hospitals have their distinctive theme and global perspective. The Harvard success is inseparable with its leading education concept, open scholarship spirit and advanced clinical training system. In the time of transformation, it is necessary ＂to learn advanced medical culture from other countries. The author had been trained in Harvard Medical system twice in the past eight years as exchange researchers. From the perspective of a clinician, the deeper tmderstanding of the health care service idea and training system of Harvard Medical School was introduced in the article. To improve the medical system and physician education system in modern China, we should always be eager to learn the implications from the successful experiences of Harvard Medical School.
