基于SEM的PPP项目监管绩效影响因素分析

Analysis of the Influencing Factors of Supervision Performance of PPP Projects Based on SEM

运用文献分析法识别出可测量PPP项目监管绩效的7个指标因素与影响PPP项目监管的六大因素及其26个可测量的子因素,构建PPP项目监管绩效影响因素的结构方程模型。采用AMOS21.0软件进行实证分析,结果表明:政府、公众、法律环境等六个影响因素与PPP项目的监管绩效均存在正相关的关系,且政府以及项目监管的相关外部因素对于PPP项目监管的影响最为显著。

This paper uses document analysis to identify seven measurable indicators of the supervision performance of PPP project and six factors of PPP project supervision and its 26 measurable sub-factors, constructs the Structural Equation Model of influencing factors of PPP project supervision performance. Then, uses AMOS21.0 software for empirical analysis, the results show that the six factors of the government, the public, the supervision law and so on have positive correlations with the supervision performance of PPP project. And the government and the external factors of project supervision have the most significant influence on the supervision of PPP project.
