摘要
通过对实施ITSS.1-2015《信息技术服务运行维护服务能力成熟度模型》相关企业存在问题的归纳总结,提出企业实施ITSS.1遇到的组织结构、与其他管理标准关系处理等常见问题的解决对策,帮助企业更好的实施ITSS.1,提高企业运行维护服务能力进而提高企业运维业务的竞争力。
By interviewing the relevant enterprises that have implemented ITSS. 1-2015 ＂IT Information Service Maintenance Service Capability Maturity Model＂ and summarizing the exiting problems, we put forward countermeasures to solve common problems about organization structure and relationship with other management standards when enterprises implement ITSS. 1. These efforts will help enterprises implement ITSS. l more efficiently and improve their ability and competitiveness in operation and maintenance service.
