The Reasons on the Prevailing of Profit-dividing and Employment System in Modern Northern China

中国封建租佃关系到近代发生了一个明显的变化 ,即出现了带资本主义生产关系性质的分益雇役制。分益雇役制在我国北方河南、山东、河北、内蒙、陕西北部和我国东北地区的盛行 ,是北方独特的自然条件和社会条件的相互作用决定的。

The profit-dividing and employment system, embodying a kind of capitalist relationship, took place in the tenancy system as an obvious change in the modern Chinese feudal society. It was prevailed in northern provinces of China such as Henan, Shandong, Inner Mongolia and northern part of Shanxi and the north-east China. This was conditioned by the combination of the particular natural and social conditions in the northern part of China.
