摘要 目的观察新型嵌银纤维织物的抗菌性能。方法采用琼脂平皿扩散法、浸渍试验、振荡法、载体定量及扫描电镜同步观察等方法,对嵌银纤维织物进行抗菌定性和定量测试。结果琼脂平皿扩散法定性试验结果初步推测,该织物具备一定的抑菌能力;浸渍试验、振荡法分别作用18 h,对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率均大于99.9%;载体定量试验表明,实验组织物对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌分别作用2 h、4 h和6 h,抑菌率均在95%以上,同步扫描电镜观察,随着作用时间延长,织物上残留的菌落数越来越少。结论该新型嵌银纤维织物具有较强的抗菌效果,可用于医疗机构白大褂、床帘、床单、口罩、洞巾等医疗用品的开发应用。 Objective To observe the antibacterial properties of a new silver - coated textile. Methods The agar diffusion method, immersion test, vibration method, carrier quantitative and scanning electron microscope observation and other methods were carried out to test qualitative and quantitative antibacterial abilities of silver - coated textiles. Results The qualitative test of agar plate diffusion method showed that the textile had the ability of inhibiting bacteria. More than 99.9% of Staphylococcus aureus strains were inhibited by 18 h work of Lmmersion test and oscillation method. With the carrier quantitative test of 2,4 and 6 h by the silver -coated textile, more than 95 % of Staphylococcus aureus strains and Escherichia coli strains were inhibited. At the same time, the scanning electron microscope showed that less and less residual bacteria on the textile were found with the extension of action time. Conclusion The new silver - coated textile has strong antibacterial ability and can be used for the development and application of white coats, curtains, bed sheets, masks, towels and other medical supplies in medical institutions.
