摘要
目的研制一种新型复方中草药抑菌漱口液及其抑菌效果。方法采用纸片扩散法,对该新型复方中草药口服液体外抑菌效果进行了观察。结果经过筛选确认该复方中草药口服液组方含黄芩1 000 mg/ml与黄柏125mg/ml或黄芩500 mg/ml与黄柏2 000 mg/ml。纸片扩散法试验证明,所选出的复方中草药口服液对变异链球菌、乳酸杆菌有明显抑菌作用。该新型复方中草药抑菌漱口液对乳酸杆菌和变异链球菌的MIC值黄芩为62.5 mg/ml、黄柏为7.812 mg/ml。结论含黄芩、黄柏的新型复方中草药抑菌漱口液可以有效抑制变异链球菌和乳酸杆菌。
Objective To research and develop a new compound herbs gargle and to evaluate its antibacterial effect. Methods The filter paper diffusion method was used to observe the vitro antibacterial effects of the new compound herbs gargle. Results The formulation for the compound herbs gargle included Scutellaria 1 000 mg/ml with Cortex Phellodendri 125 mg/ml or Scutellaria 500 mg/ml with Cortex Phellodendri 2 000 mg/ml. The filter paper diffusion method showed the new compound herbs gargle had antimicrobial activities to Streptococcus mutans and Lactobacillus. The minimum inhibitory concentration of the new compound herbs gargle to Streptococcus mutans and Lactobacillus was Scutellaria 62.5 mg/ml with Cortex Phellodendri 7. 812 mg/ml. Conclusion The new compound herbs gargle containing Scutellaria and Cortex Phellodendr can effectively inhibit the growth of Streptococcus mutans and Lactobacillus.
