我国中西部地区中欧班列通道经济性优化研究 被引量:15

摘要 为分析我国中西部地区中欧班列的经济性,解决直达班列满载率不高等问题,从运行线路和运输组织角度对中欧班列发展进行研究。以武汉、郑州、重庆、长沙出发的中欧班列为研究对象,采用集结发车模式,建立费用和时间多目标优化模型,采用基于遗传算法的模型求解不同集结路径的运输费用和运输时间。结果表明,除了从长沙出发经满洲里的中欧班列路线外,通道中各节点城市物资在郑州集结拼车后发往欧洲的路径最优,可使得单位集装箱运输费用相对各自开行直达班列降低?15%?以上。 In order to analyze economy of China-Europe block trains in central west of China and solve the problems in low full-load ratio of through block trains, this paper studies the development of China-Europe block trains from the views of running route and transportation organization. Taking the China-Europe block trains which depart from Wuhan, Zhengzhou, Chongqing and Changsha as the study objects, the multi-objects optimization model of cost and time is established by using the accumulative departure mode, and the transport cost and time of different accumulative route were solved by using GA-based model. The study result shows, except the China-Europe block train routes which start from Changsha and via Manzhouli, the best route is to accumulate the city materials from each corridor node in Zhengzhou and then depart to Europe after train-share. This optimization method can reduce 15% of unit container transport cost compared with operating through block trains respectively.
