摘要
目的探讨肝细胞生长因子(HGF)、肝细胞生长因子受体(c-MET)及血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达与非小细胞肺癌临床病理的关系。方法将组织标本分为原发灶组(357例)和正常对照组(68例),分别采用免疫组织化学方法检测各组标本中HGF、c-MET及VEGF的表达情况。结果非小细胞肺癌原发灶组织和正常组织中HGF表达阳性率分别为51.26%(183/357)和10.29%(7/68),两组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);非小细胞肺癌原发灶组织和正常组织中c-MET表达阳性率分别为60.22%(215/357)和14.71%(10/68),两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);非小细胞肺癌原发灶组织和正常组织中VEGF表达阳性率分别为45.38%(162/357)和11.76%(8/68),两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);HGF阳性表达率与肿瘤组织分化程度及临床分期无关(P>0.05),c-MET及VEGF阳性表达率与肿瘤组织分化程度及临床分期相关(P<0.05)。结论 HGF和c-MET、VEGF可能共同参与了非小细胞肺癌的发生和发展,c-MET和VEGF或可作为预测非小细胞肺癌患者预后的标记物。
Objective To explore the expression of HGF,c-MET and VEGF in non-small cell lung cancer,and their re- lationship with clinical pathology. Methods The tissue specimens were divided into primary tumor group(357 cases) and normal control group (68 cases) , respectively using immunohistochemieal method to detect each specimen expression of HGF, c-MET and VEGF. Results There was a significant difference between primary tumor group[51.26% (183/357) ]and normal control group [ 10.29% (7/68) ] by HGF protein expression in non-small cell lung cancer(P 〈 0.05 ) ;There was significant difference between primary tumor group[60.22% (215/357) ] and normal control group ~ 14.71% ( 10/68 ) ] by c-MET protein expression in non- small cell lung cancer( P 〈 0.05 ) ;There was a significant difference between primary tumor group [ 45.38% ( 162/357 ) ] and normal control group [ 11.76% ( 8/68 ) ] by VEGF protein expression in non-small cell lung cancer ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; The positive expression rate of HGF protein had nothing to do with tumor tissue differentiation degree and the staging of tumor tissue ( P 〉 0.05 ) , and the positive expression rate of c-MET and VEGF were associated with the differentiation degree and the staging of tumor tissue (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The protein of HGF and c-MET and VEGF may be involved in the occurrence and development of non- small cell lung cancer,and c-MET and VEGF maybe used as markers for predicting the prognosis of patients with non-small cell lung cancer.
