鼻咽癌外周血IL-2、IL-10水平与其放化疗敏感性的相关性分析

Correlation Analysis of IL-2、IL-10 and Their Sensitivity to Chemoradiation in Patients with Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma

目的探讨鼻咽癌患者外周血清IL-2、IL-10水平与其放化疗敏感性的相关性。方法回顾性分析60例鼻咽癌患者的临床资料。所有患者均接受PF方案(顺铂+5-氟尿嘧啶)联合放疗治疗。采用酶联免疫吸附测定法(ELISA)检测患者放化疗前后外周血清IL-2和IL-10的水平,并以同期接受体检的20例正常健康人作为对照,分析外周血清IL-2和IL-10的水平与患者生存预后的相关性。结果鼻咽癌患者外周血清IL-2水平显著低于正常健康人,而外周血清IL-10水平则显著高于正常健康人,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。外周血清IL-2的水平与鼻咽癌分期呈负相关,分期越早,其水平越高;外周血清IL-10的水平与鼻咽癌分期呈正相关,分期越早,其水平越低。鼻咽癌患者外周血清IL-2的水平越高,其CBR越高;鼻咽癌患者外周血清IL-10的水平越高,则其CBR越低。鼻咽癌患者放化疗前外周血清IL-2的水平越高,其治疗后1、3、5年的生存率越高;鼻咽癌患者放化疗前外周血清IL-10的水平越高,其治疗后1、3、5年的生存率越低。结论 IL-2和IL-10在鼻咽癌的发生、发展中发挥着重要的作用,且放化疗前患者外周血清IL-2、IL-10水平与其生存预后有着密切的联系。

Objective To discuss the correlation analysis of IL-2,IL-10 and their sensitivity to chemoradiation in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods 60 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma were retrospectively analyzed, all patients accepted with cisplatin,5-fluorouracil and radiation. Detect the levels of IL-2、IL-10 in peripheral blood in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma by ELISA compared with 20 healthy patients, and analyzed the correlation between IL-2 ,IL-10 and sensitivity to chemoradiation. Results The level of IL-2 in peripheral blood in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma was lower than that of healthy patients, hut the level of IL-10 in peripheral blood in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma was higher than that of healthy patients, differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. The level of IL-2 in peripheral blood and clinical stages of nasopharyingeal carcinoma were positively correlated （ γ = 0.584, P 〈 0.05 ）, and the level of IL-10 in peripheral blood and clinical stages of nasopharyngeal carcinoma were negatively correlated（ γ= 0.328, P 〈 0.05 ）. The higher the level of IL-2 before chemoradiation ,the higher the CBR;The higher the level of IL-10 before chemoradiation,the lower the CBR. The higher the level of IL- 2 before chemoradiation, the higher the 1-,3-,5-year survival rates;the higher the level of IL-10 before chemoradiation, the lower the 1-,3-,5-year survival ratese. Conclusion IL-2 and IL-10 play an important role in the happening and development of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. The level of IL-2、IL-10 have a close relationship with nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
