摘要
以《素问·六节藏象论》中关于藏象的论述为依据,阐明藏象概念的内涵包括有形之器与无形之气,其外延则涉及到形象、表象、征象、意象、气候、物候等,与现代解剖学、现代生理学、现代病理学相关内容存在着小部分交叉大部分迥异,因此其中关于器的内涵外延部分能够被现代科学手段方法所验证和认识,具有科学性;而关于气的内涵和外延部分则是中医学特有的意象思维方式下的独创内容,具有真理性但难以用科学性加以考量。
Based on the discussion of visceral manifestation in Suwen·Liu Jie Zang Xiang Lun,the author tried to explain that the connotation of the visceral manifestation concept include tangible organ and invisible qi,and the extension include figure,representation,sign,image,climate,phenology and so on.There are some intersecting area and mostly different area,comparing the related content about the modern anatomy,modern physiology and modern pathology,therefore the connotation and extension of the organ can be verified and recognized by modern scientific methods,proving its scientific essence.The connotation and extension of qi is the original content under the unique image thinking mode of traditional Chinese medicine,but the truth is difficult to be considered by science.
