摘要
嘎拉勒铜矿是与燕山晚期中酸性侵入岩有关的矽卡岩矿床,具有矿化类型复杂、矿石组构复杂及矿物嵌布粒度变化大的特征。通过对嘎拉勒铜矿矿石组成、矿物赋存特征、原矿化学成分及物相的分析研究,结合浮选工艺条件优化试验,选用浮选磨矿细度为-74μm(70%),确定粗选作业,并调整添加碳酸钠500 g/t,脉石抑制剂六偏磷酸钠400 g/t,活化剂Na_2S 200 g/t,捕收剂异戊基黄药80 g/t+丁基铵黑药40 g/t。浮选尾矿进行了湿式磁选的磁场强度试验,最终确定粗选磁场强度为1060 A/m,获得铜金精矿中铜品位18.10%,回收率达82.4%。
Galale copper deposit is a skarn deposit which related to intermediate-acid intrusive rocks in late Yanshanian magmatic epoch. This copper deposit has characterized by complicated mineralization type, complicat- ed ore structure-texture and great variation of mineral granularity. Through the research on ore composition, occur- rence characteristic, chemical composition of the raw ore and form of the exiting copper phase, the fineness of grinding ore was set at 70% -74txm based on the optimization experiments of flotation process conditions, the rea- gent suite for the rougher being Na203 500 g/t, sodium hexametaphosphate 400 g/t as gangue inhibitor, sodium sulfide 200 g/t as activator, and isoamyl xanthate and ammonium dibutyl dithiophosphate 80 g/t and 40 g/t as col- lectors. According to the field intensity experiments of wet magnetic-separator, we concluded that the appropriate magnetic field intensity of rough separation being 1060 A/m. The result showed that the copper grade of the copper- bearing gold concentrate being 18.10% with a copper recovery of 82.4%.
