摘要
通过对非洲某铜矿的工艺矿物学研究,查明了矿石的矿物组成、重要矿物嵌布特征及铜的赋存状态。研究表明,矿石中的铜主要以黄铜矿、铜蓝等硫化铜的形式存在,其次以孔雀石的形式产出,另有少量以吸附态的方式分布于褐铁矿中,这部分铜难以回收利用;同时,矿石中存在较多的绿泥石、白云母、高岭石等层状硅酸盐矿物,建议采用合理的磨矿细度及药剂制度以降低其对选矿指标的影响。
Process mineralogy study was carried out for a copper ore from Africa, basis on research on the min- eral composition, dissemination characteristics of important minerals, as well as copper occurrence state. The results indicate that the copper exists mainly in cbalcopyrite and covellite, and secondary in malachite, while a small part exists in limonite in the form of adsorption, which is difficult to be recovered. The ore contains quite a lot of layered silicates such as chlorite, muscovite and kaolinite. These minerals can deteriorate the floatation process, So it is suggested to avoid over grinding of ores, and to inhibit these minerals in the course of the mineral processing process.
