基于UG10的数控雕刻程序编制

摘要 首先介绍了UG软件的基本功能,并分析了工业产品生产过程中对数控雕刻加工的需求,然后分一般平面文本和复杂平面轮廓两类典型特征,较为详细地叙述了零件造型、加工轨迹的生成、数控加工程序生成方法和两种编程方法的特点。一般平面文本数控雕刻编程运用创建工序中的"平面文本"实现,复杂平面轮廓数控雕刻编程运用创建工序中的"区域轮廓铣"实现。最后,总结了两种雕刻编程方法在不同加工对象上的优缺点、适用范围和加工参数选择注意事项。 Firstly, this paper introduces a series basic applications of UG, and analyzes the need for CNC carving process inmanufacture of industrial production as well. Then it explains how to model a part, create a tool-path, and generate a CNC programaiming at two different typical features including normal plane text and complex plane contour whose characteristics also have beendiscussed in detail. Resuhly, the CNC program of normal plane text carving is generated by "PLANAR TEXT" in the list of processcreating while the complex plane contour programmed by "CONTOUR AREA" in same list. The advantages and disadvantages,application limitation, key-matters about machining parameter, and selecting of above two carving program methods applied in differentsituation have been summarized at last.
