摘要
顶部驱动装置具有钻进效率高的优点,其传动部件是整个装置的核心。分析了3种传动方案的特点,根据设计要求选择二级齿轮传动结构作为传动方案。对二级齿轮传动进行了设计。在此基础上,对第二级齿轮传动进行了有限元强度分析,分析结果表明在最大输出扭矩下,齿轮的最大应力为273.7 MPa,安全系数为3.25,说明所设计的齿轮传动具有足够的强度。
Top drive system is featured with higher drilling efficiency, the core component of which is transmission part. Thecharacteristic of three kinds of transmission schemes are analyzed in this paper and the second level gear transmission is selected as thetransmission scheme. Then the gear transmission is designed, based on which the strength analysis is carried out by using finite elementmethod. Result shows under the maximum output torque, the maximum stress of the gear transmission is 547.3 MPa and the assurancefactor is 1.63, which means the gear transmission has sufficient strength.
