Progress on medical staff occupational health research

目的:保护和促进医务人员职业健康,促进医院和社会的可持续发展。方法:通过查阅相关文献的方法,介绍职业健康的相关定义,分析国内外医务人员职业健康研究的现状。结果:医务人员的职业健康不容乐观,在生理健康、心理健康、职业暴露等方面均存在诸多隐患。结论:全世界政府、社会、医院及医务人员自身应共同努力,改善医务人员职业健康,保障全人类健康。

Objectives：To protect and promote the occupational health of medical staff and to promote the sustainable development of hospitals and society. Methods：Literatures were reviewed and the definitions of occupational health were summarized and the occupational health status of medical staff at home and abroad was compared. Results：The occupational health of medical staff at home and abroad is relatively low, and there are many hidden dangers in physical health, mental health and occupational exposure. Conclusions：It is considered that it needs joint effects of the whole communities to improve the occupational health of medical staff and guarantee the health of all human beings.
