The Influencing Mechanism of Organization's Interdependency on Entrepreneurial Capability:A Case Study of Haier Group

从相互依赖关系视角分析海尔的公司创业活动,发现采取高模块化、低集中性、高开放性的相互依赖模式和高严密性、高即时性的相互依赖规则能促进公司创业能力的培育和提升。即在公司创业过程中,高模块化相互依赖模式能提高资源整合能力和机会开发能力;低集中性相互依赖模式能提高机会识别能力和机会开发能力;高开放性相互依赖模式能提高资源获取能力和机会开发能力;高严密性相互依赖规则能提高机会识别能力和价值共创能力;高即时性相互依赖规则能提高机会识别能力和价值共创能力。

This study analyzed the corporate entrepreneurship of Haier Group based on interdependency patterns and rules.It is found that interdependency patterns of high modularity,low concentration and high openness or interdependency rules of high stringency and high immediacy can promote the cultivation and promotion of entrepreneurial capability.The interdependency pattern of high modularity can improve corporation＇s ability of resource integration and opportunity exploitation.The interdependency pattern of low concentration can improve corporation＇s ability of opportunity identification and exploitation.The interdependency pattern of high openness can improve corporation＇s ability of resource acquisition and opportunity exploitation.The interdependency rule of high stringency can improve corporation＇s ability of opportunity identification and value co-creation.The interdependency rule of high immediacy can improve corporation＇s ability of opportunity identification and value co-creation.
