摘要
构建原制造商和第三方同时再制造的双渠道闭环供应链系统,建立新产品与两种再制造产品的差别定价模型,运用博弈论研究最优定价策略,并对比不同模式下的最优参数。研究表明,第三方再制造产品价值折扣系数升高促使其他两种产品的价格上涨;两种再制造产品都会带来市场挤兑效应,但都有利于拓展市场总份额,增加原制造商和闭环供应链总利润;原制造商通过专利授权费主导利润分配,获得闭环供应链中大部分利润;3种产品同时存在时,产品总销量最大,原制造商和闭环供应链总利润最高。此外,根据研究结果,对我国再制造产业提出建议。
Dual-channel closed-loop supply chain system including both original manufacturer and the third party remanufacturer is constructed.The differential pricing models with new product and two kinds of remanufactured products are established.The optimal pricing strategies are given under game theory,and optimal parameters are contrasted under different conditions.The results show that the prices of two other products increase with value discount coefficient of third party remanufacturing product.Two kinds of remanufactured products would cannibalize sales of the other products,but they expand total market share and increase profits of both original manufacturer and closed loop supply chain.The distribution of profits is dominated by original manufacturer through patent licensing fee.Most of the profits are obtained by original manufacturer in the closed-loop supply chain.When three kinds of products are produced at the same time,the total sales are the highest and both original manufacturer and closed loop supply chain could reap the highest profits.Based on the above results,some suggestions about the remanufacturing industry in China are given.
