帕金森病与肌萎缩侧索硬化发病机制的共性研究 被引量：4

摘要 帕金森病（PD）与肌萎缩侧索硬化（ALS）同属于神经系统退行性疾病的范畴,目前认为二者发病机制都与基因和环境有关。虽然临床表现不同,但是随着对二者发病机制的深入研究,大量的研究资料表明,二者发病机制上存在许多共性。本文主要围绕共同的兴奋性毒性、免疫/炎症反应、金属毒性、线粒体、细胞自噬、外泌体功能障碍及血管内皮功能障碍等方面分析PD与ALS在发病机制上的共性,
