摘要
随着医药事业的发展,药物掩味效果评价对药剂工作者日益重要。电子舌技术整合了人工智能和现代分析等多种技术,在新药研制、制剂工艺优化等领域得到广泛的应用。本文主要介绍了电子舌的分类、评价方法及路径,归纳总结了2010年至今在药物制剂处方开发中的应用实例,将有利促进其在药物处方开发中的应用,特别是在儿童药物研发中的应用。
With the development of medicine,taste evaluation of taste-masked drug is increasingly important for pharmacists. The technology of electronic tongue as the integration with a variety of technical means,such as artificial intelligence and modern analysis,was widely used in areas,such as the development of new drugs,and preparation technology of process optimization. In this article,the classification of the electronic tongue,evaluation process,and characteristics were introduced,and its application in development of pharmaceutical formlation since 2010 was summarized in order to promote its application in pharmaceutical formulation,especially in the drugs for children.
