以学术兴趣发展为核心的博士生激励策略研究

Doctoral Students Motivation Strategy with the Core of Developing Academic Interest

激励机制是影响博士生培养质量的关键性因素。如何提高博士生的学习动力特别是作为内部动机的学术兴趣,是我国博士生教育面临的重要问题。对博士生实施激励应以培养学术兴趣为核心,支持学生学术兴趣发展:支持学生关系需求;激发和保持情境兴趣;教师遵循兴趣规律,全面支持学生学术兴趣发展;取消奖励性质奖学金,加强设立保障性质奖学金和科研资助类奖学金。

Motivation mechanism is the key influencing factor of the quality of doctoral students. How to increase the doctoral students＇ learning motivation, especially the academic interest as internal motivation, is an important issue that the doctoral education in China is facing. In this article, applying the psychological theories and combining the experiences obtained from the interviews, the following suggestions are made. Cultivating the academic interest should be the core of motivating doctoral students, and the educators should support the development of academic interest of students： building good relationships between advisers and students in order to support the need of relatedness; triggering and maintaining situational interest; the educators follow the rule of interest to fully support the development of academic interest of students; canceling the wawarding scholarships,and establishing the life security scholarships and the research funding scholarships.
