运动疗法联合针刀在不可复关节盘颞下颌关节紊乱病中的临床观察 被引量:1

Effect of Combination Needle Knife on Exercise Therapy in Irreducible Articular disc of Temporomandibular Disorders

摘要 目的:观察运动疗法联合针刀在不可复关节盘颞下颌关节紊乱病中的临床疗效.方法:将30例符合入选标准的患者随机分成治疗组15例和对照组15例2,组均在接受健康指导的基础上给予运动疗法,治疗组在健康指导及运动疗法治疗基础上给予针刀治疗.治疗前和治疗2周后分别采用视觉模拟疼痛评分和最大张口度对颞下颌关节功能状况进行评估.结果:发现2组治疗前后咀嚼时疼痛及最大张口度评分均有改善,差异均具有统计学意义(P〈0.05).治疗组较对照组存在差异,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05).结论:运动疗法在改善不可复关节盘颞下颌关节紊乱病患者的疼痛及张口受限方面疗效肯定,运动疗法联合针刀治疗较单运动疗法效果更好. Objective: This study aims at investigating the effect on effect of combination needle knife on exercise therapy in irreducible articular disc of temporomandibular disorders (TMD) patients. Methods: This study was a randomized controlled clinical trial on 30 pa- tients divided into the intervention ( n = 15) and control groups (n = 15). Both groups of patients received eexercise therapy on the ba- sis of health guidance. The intervention group received combination therapy including needle knife and exercise therapy on the basis of health guidance. Before and 2 weeks after the beginning of the treatment, both groups of patients received visual analog scale (VAS) and maxim -um active mouth opening(MMO) to evaluate the functional status of the temporomandibular joint. Results: The results indicated significant changes before and after treatment in both groups for the 2 tests, P - value 〈 0.05. In comparison to the control group, VAS and MMO were improved in the inter - vention group, P - value 〈 0.05. Conclusion: Exercise has significant effect on relieving the pain and improving maximum active mouth opening of TMD Patients. And the effect of combination needle knife on exercise is better than exer- cise alone in improving the functional status of the temporoman - dibular.
