封闭式负压引流技术在治疗骨外科疾病合并高血压患者中的应用及护理效果

Analysis of the Closed Negative Pressure Drainage Technology Application in the Treatment of Bone Surgery Patients with Disease of Hypertension and Nursing Effect

目的：研究分析封闭式负压引流技术在治疗骨外科疾病合并高血压患者中的应用及护理效果.方法：选取2014年5月~2016年5月我院收治的合并有高血压症状的骨外科疾病患者92例,随机将患者分为观察组与对照组各46例.观察并比较2组患者在治疗的治疗效果、安全性以及护理满意度情况.结果：观察组患者疗效显著优于对照组患者,（P〈0.05）差异具有统计学意义.观察组患者高血压情况显著优于对照组患者,（P〈0.05）差异具有统计学意义.观察组患者的护理满意度也明显优于对照组,（P〈0.05）差异具有统计学意义.观察组患者治疗后相关并发症发生率显著低于对照组患者,（P〈0.05）差异具有统计学意义.结论：对于合并有高血压病的骨外科疾病患者采用封闭式负压引流技术进行相关治疗和护理,能有效提高患者的治疗效果,适当降低患者的高血压症状,不良反应及安全性好,可有效提高患者对护理服务的满意度.

Objective ：To study the analysis of the closed negative pressure drainage technology application in the treatment of bone surgery patients with disease of hypertension and nursing effect. Methods： From May 2014 to May 2016 of our hospital with symptoms of high blood pressure patients, the bone surgery of 92 cases patients randomly divided into observation group and control group （n = 46）. To observe and compare the curative effect of two groups of patients in the treatment effect, safety and nursing satisfaction. Results： The curative effect of observation group patients, significantly better than the control group patients （ P 〈 0.05 ） difference is statistically sig- nificant. Observation group of patients in patients with hypertension was significantly better than the control group, （ P 〈 0.05 ） differ- ence is statistically significant. Observation group of patients with nursing satisfaction also is superior to control group, （P 〈 0.05 ） difference is statistically significant. Conclusion： The bone surgical disease complicated with hypertension were treated by closed negative pressure drainage technology related treatment and care, can effectively improve the therapeutic effect of patients, appropriate to reduce the high blood pressure in patients with symptoms, adverse reactions to good safety, can effectively improve patient satisfaction to nursing service.
