摘要
长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA,lncRNA)是一类长度大于200nt并且没有开放阅读框(open reading frames,ORFs)的内源性RNA分子,不仅参与调节正常的生长发育过程,还与包括胰腺癌在内的多种疾病密切相关。lncRNA(如H19、gas5、PVT1、HOTAIR、MALAT1)作为癌基因促进胰腺癌细胞增殖、侵袭、转移,同时作为抑癌基因抑制胰腺癌细胞凋亡并与胰腺癌预后良好密切相关。本综述旨在为寻找治疗胰腺癌的新靶点和方向提供一些思路。
Long non-coding RNAs（lncRNA） is a kind of endogenous RNA molecules, greater than 200nt, and has no open reading frame（ORFs）. LncRNA（such as H19, gas5, PVT1, HOTAIR, MALATI） not only participates in the regulation of normal growth and development process, but also has relationship with a variety of diseases, including pancreatic cancer. LncRNA as a cancer gene promotes the proliferation, invasion and metastasis of pancreatic cancer cells, and is closely related to the inhibition and prognosis of pancreatic cancer as a tumor suppressor. This review would provide new clues to the diagnosis and treatment of pancreatic cancer.
