特朗普在2016年大选中获胜,反映了美国精英阶层与中下阶层之间、"美利坚主义"与"全球主义"之间、美国"全球领导者地位"与实际能力之间矛盾的深刻化与复杂化。以缓和与解决这些矛盾为出发点,特朗普任内美国内外政策将从注重政治转向注重经济,由国际优先转向国内优先,从重视多边转向重视双边,从坚持继续领导世界转向致力于使美国"再次强大"。未来四年,中美在意识形态领域的斗争趋于平和,在经贸领域的矛盾、冲突明显加剧。面对中美关系出现的新变数,中国应在经贸领域避免被动、争取主动,在政治安全方面做到临危不乱、沉着应对。

Trump＇s victory in the 2016 Election reflects that conflicts in the US are compli- cated and deepening between the elite and the lower middle class, between Americanism and globalism, between US status of global leader and its real abilities. In order to alleviate and eradicate these conflicts, the domestic and foreign policies of the Trump administration will shift its focus from politics to economy, its priority from international to domestic issues, its attention from multilateral to bilateral ties, its goal from insisting on leading the world to engaging in making America great again. In the next four years, China and the US will have fewer conflicts in terms of ideology, but obviously more contradictions in the fields of economy and trade. Facing the future uncertainties in China-US relations, China should try to take the initiative and avoid being trapped in the field of economy and trade, and to re- spond calmly in the fields of politics and security when faced with challenges.
