摘要
职业选择是大学生成年之后第一个重要的人生选择,大学生在职业选择时常常出现迷茫、自我概念不清、依赖他人意见等缺乏内心声音的表现。本研究旨在以自我主导理论为理论视角,通过高年级本科生对职业选择的理解,探索高年级本科生的自我主导发展。自我主导理论是整合型学生发展理论的代表,概括个体在认识论维度、个人内在维度、人际间维度的发展经历三个阶段:遵循外部程式,十字路口徘徊,实现自我主导。本研究使用定量工具对上海某高校的大四学生进行调查,研究发现,高年级本科生在三个维度上的发展存在不平衡,而课外实践活动和实习是自我主导发展的重要影响因素。
Career decision is the first important decision in lives of college students after adulthood. College students often feel confused, lack self-concept and rely on others' opinions. The purpose of this study is to explore the self-authorship development of senior college students through their career decision-making. Self-authorship theory is one of the integrated student development theories. It encompasses three dimensions development: epistemological, intrapersonal and interpersonal. It integrates three phases to- ward self-authorship: following external formula, at the crossroads and self-authorship. This study used quantitative instrument to investigate the senior students in a university in Shanghai. The results indicate that the development of senior students in three dimensions is unbalanced, and extracurricular practice and internship are the important factors promoting student development.
