论高校商务英语教师能力的培养——以大连海洋大学应用技术学院为例

On the Cultivation of the Ability of Business English Teachers in Colleges and Universities——A Case Study of Applied Technology College of Dalian Ocean University

自从我国加入WTO以后,我国与其他国家进行进出口贸易逐渐增加,在此状况下也就会增大对商务人才的需求。于是,为了满足国家的发展需求,我国许多高校开始纷纷开设商务英语专业,并且开始扩大招生的规模。但是,当前一些高校现有的商务英语师资队伍水平并不高。这样也就严重影响到商务英语教学质量,影响到对商务优秀人才的培养。因此要加强对商务英语专业师资队伍的建设。本文以大连海洋大学应用技术学院为例,对当前高校商务英语专业教师专业能力与素养的情况进行分析,并且提出针对性的改善对策,希望能够有效促进高校商务英语教师专业能力与专业水平的提升,进而为社会培养出更多优秀的商务人才。

Since China＇s accession to the WTO, China＇s import and export trade with other countries increased gradually, in this situation will increase the demand for business professionals. Therefore, in order to meet the needs of the country＇s development, many colleges and universities in China began to set up business English major, and began to expand the scale of enrollment. However, the current level of business English teachers in some colleges and universities is not high. This will seriously affect the quality of business English teaching, the impact on the cultivation of business talents. Therefore, we should strengthen the construction of business English teachers. In this paper, the application of Ocean University of Dalian College as an example, carries on the analysis to the current college business English professional teachers＇ professional ability and quality, and put forward targeted improvement measures, hope to be able to effectively promote college business English teachers＇ professional ability and professional level, and cultivate more excellent talents for social business.
