摘要
在人体综合性的运动素质中,其中最重要的一项就是人体的协调能力,人体协调能力的强弱决定着一个人运动素质的高低,通过培养人体的协调素质来提高身体的协调性,可以提高人体体能、人体技能及人的心理能力,以便达到更好的训练目的和效果。目前,可以通过对人体运动各个方面的分析来提高人体的协调性,通过分析制定出提升运动人员身体协调性合理、科学的训练方案。
One of the most important human body comprehensive sports qualities is the coordination ability. The strength of coordination ability of whole body can determine a person' s sports qualities. Improving coordination ability can increase the human body skills, the human body fitness, the mental abilities, and consequently reach the best training result. At present, through the analysis of human movement in all aspects, the coordination of human body can be improved, and the reasonable training plan for sports personnel can be made.
