摘要 基于开发的燃烧分析工具,利用以太网通信技术,构建了柴油机燃烧分析与控制系统:缸压采集系统每0.2°的曲轴转角采集一次缸压信号,通过以太网的用户报文协议把缸压信息传递给燃烧分析软件;燃烧分析软件计算出燃烧状态指标,通过控制器局域网传递给发动机电控单元;发动机电控单元利用燃烧状态指标进行燃烧闭环控制。在一台1.9L高压共轨柴油机上进行的试验结果表明:该系统能够实时采集缸压并计算燃烧状态指标,能够实现指示平均有效压力和燃烧放热中心的闭环控制。 A diesel engine combustion analysis and control system based on a developed combustion analysis tool and with the Ethernet communication was established. Real-time cylinder pressure information was acquired every 0. 2 crankshaft angle and sent via the Ethernet of user datagram protoeol(UDP) to a combustion analysis and control software, by which combustion indexes were calculated and sent to the engine control unit (ECU) in which closed-loop combustion control was applied with these combustion indexes. A verification test made on a 1.9 L diesel engine demonstrates that this combustion analysis and control system successfully acquires real-time cylinder pressure information, provides combustion indexes, and has the ability to control engine combustion.
