从整合医学视角看烧伤医学未来发展 被引量:4

To see the future development of burn medicine from the view of holistic integrative medicine

摘要 近年来,随着基础医学的不断进步和诊疗技术的日益提高,许多临床医学学科取得了突飞猛进的发展。我国烧伤医学的学术和救治水平多年来一直居于世界前列[1],但我国烧伤医学发展也面临新的挑战,包括如何进一步提高患者存活率,以及最大限度恢复其外貌与功能。为更理想地提高烧伤救治的疗效,进一步解决提高治疗水平过程中的各种瓶颈,亟需寻找全面性及综合性的治疗理念和系统方法。近年来整合医学的提出[2],为包括烧伤医学在内的众多临床医学学科的发展提供了新契机。本文拟从整合医学角度,就我国烧伤医学的未来发展谈一点粗浅看法。 The therapeutic methods and effects have been improved greatly in the past few decades for burn care and management with several important advancements which have resulted in more effective patient stabilization and significantly decreased mortality in China. However, the challenges still exist, such as how to further improve the recovery of the patients′ appearance and function, and how to advance the treatment of severe deep extensive burn injury, etc. The theory of holistic integrative medicine (HIM) provides a new opportunity for the development of clinical medicine. This article emphasizes the important roles of HIM in exploration of burn medicine, considering the advanced development of modern life sciences and relevant techniques.
