疾病诊断相关分组(DRG)起源于美国,并在澳大利亚、德国和法国等国家广泛的应用推广取得了良好的效果,积累了丰富的经验。通过对典型国家DRG分组的发展历程,分组的基本逻辑,主要考虑的分组因素,主要诊断类别、诊疗方式、基本组及细分组划分的特点,分组编码的特点等方面进行深入的比较,总结各国分组遵循的基本原则和主要特征,为建立符合我国国情的DRG分组提供借鉴参考。

Originated fiom United States, diagnosis related groups（DRG） was widely applied in Australia, Germany, France and other countries, which accumulated rich experience. According Io the development process of DRG grouping in typical countries, it compared the history of DRG grouping development, the basic DRG grouping logics, the main variables of grouping, the characteristics of classifying major diagnostic categoriese, partition, basic group and DRG in some typical countries. It summarized the basic principles and main features of DRG grouping in these countries and provided references for the establishment of DRG grouping which accorded with Chinese national conditions.
