美丽乡村背景下农村基础设施建设水平分析——以贵州省印江县为例

Analysis of Rural Infrastructure Construction in the Beautiful Countryside——Taking Yinjiang County of Guizhou Province as an Example

随着我国城乡一体化进程的推进和美丽乡村建设理念的深化,农村地区的发展与建设备受关注。通过设置影响农村居民基本生活的相关变量,利用SPSS软件对农村基础设施建设水平进行主成分分析。采用地方统计年鉴(2014年)的社会基础设施数据,结合实地调研,对印江县各乡镇农村基础设施建设进行定量分析和定性研究,得出17个乡镇基础设施建设水平排序。通过与贵州省、江苏省基础设施均值比较,分析印江县基础设施建设所存在问题,并针对西部偏远地区农村基础设施建设提出建议。

With the promotion of urbanrural integration and the deepening of the concept of beautiful countryside＇ s construction, more attention is paid to the development and construction of rural areas.By setting correlated variables influencing basic lives of rural residents and adopting the software SPSS, this paper makes a principal component analysis on rural infrastructure construction level. By combining the data of infrastructure from local statistical yearbook（Year 2014） with the field research,this paper also makes a quantitative analysis and a qualitative research on rural infrastructure construction in each township of Yinjiang County, from which the construction levels of 17 townships＇ infrastructure are ranked. In comparison with the mean values of infrastructure in Guizhou Province and Jiangsu Province, this paper analyzes the existing problems of infrastructure in Yinjiang County and offers some suggestions to infrastructure in western rural areas.
