基于新型城镇化下的布朗族村庄规划——以布朗山乡老南东村为例

Village Planning of the Blang Nationality Based on the New-Type Urbanization——The Case of Lao Nandong,the Blang Mountain Township

随着新型城镇化步伐不断加快,村庄规划重点由村庄环境整治逐渐转变为以提升农民生活品质为目标,注重可持续发展的应用。以往的村庄规划具有一定的局限性和片面性,忽视村域范围、村庄特点、民族特色,把过多的城市要素运用到村庄规划,无法切实的使得农村居民的"市民化"。本文通过布朗山乡老南东村村庄规划对以往的规划思路进行梳理,并提出改进措施,以期为村庄规划提供新思路。

By the steps of the New- Type Urbanization moving more and more fast, the focus of village planning has been changed from village environment improvement to improving the quality farmers＇life and application of sustainable development. The village planning in the past were limitations and One-sidedness, and it overlooked village scope, village characteristics and ethnic flavor. It applied too much urban elements to village planning, but it could not let rural residents be civilization. This paper sorts out the past planning ideas by village planning of Lao Nandong, proposes improvements, and hopes to give anew idea in village planning.
