摘要
城市综合体规划是商业地产项目的成败关键,其中建筑格局规划与商业经营规划是设计前期之根本,本文以梅陇南方商务区建筑设计为例,论述城市综合体的商业经营规划及商业格局规划。
Site planning integrated design is most important to the design of Urban complex. This paper presents the thinking behind the design of the Meilong Nanfang Commercial Center in Shanghai. The case studies will focus on the circulation and the arrangement of commercial sectors in the Mix-used Complex.
