Technical dimensions of post-evaluation for water assessment of agricultural irrigation project—taking“Action of Saving Water for Food” in Kazuo County of Liaoning Province as an example

论述了水资源论证后评估工作的意义及主要内容,提出农业灌溉类项目水资源论证后评估的技术要点。以辽宁省喀左县"节水增粮行动"项目为例开展水资源论证后评估工作,并提出目前水资源论证后评估工作存在的问题及建议,为今后建设项目尤其是农业灌溉类项目的后评估工作提供参考依据。

The meaning and main contents of post-evaluation of water resources for agricultural irrigation projects are discussed with a focus on its technical dimensions. Water resources evaluation had been introduced in Kazuo County of Liaoning Province by taking ＂Action of Saving Water for Food＂ as a pilot project. Current problems with water resources evaluation are examined and suggestions are made in order to provide a base for post-evaluation of irrigation projects in the future.
