摘要
以宁夏1∶5万电子地形图为底图,根据宁夏山洪灾害致灾成因和山洪预警发布形式,对降雨、地貌、行政区划及产汇流特征等要素分别进行分区,通过应用地理信息系统技术的分析和叠加功能,完成了宁夏地区山洪灾害的风险区划。结果表明:宁夏全区可划分为16个山洪灾害区4个风险等级;高风险区面积占宁夏全区面积的7.8%,中高风险区占15.3%,中低风险区占58.5%,低风险区占18.4%。通过与宁夏山洪灾害实际情况的比对分析,对该研究成果的可行性和准确性进行了初步验证。
According to 1:50 000 electronic topographic map of Ningxia as well as causes of mountain flood disasters and types of early-warning system, factor division of rainfall, topography, administrative division and runoff characteristics was conducted by taking the advantage of analysis and overlay function of geographical information system, so as to complete risk zoning of flood disasters in Ningxia Autonomous Region. The study results show that the province can be divided into 16 flood disaster areas, 4 risk levels, among which 7.8% of the total area is classified as high risk, 15.3% as medium to high risk, 58.4% as medium to low risk, and 18.4% as low risk. Feasibility and accuracy of this study has been verified through comparative analysis according to real happening of mountain flood disasters.
