摘要 将齿轮箱润滑油分析中理化指标的实测值与其标准状态之间的偏差值作为评价指标,结合铁谱定量分析指标,组成综合评价指标体系;对各评价指标进行标准化处理,采用信息熵思想确定各评价指标的权重;针对传统雷达图评价法的缺陷和不足,引进一种改进的雷达图评价方法,进而建立齿轮箱运行状况评价的综合评价模型。经实例验证表明,该方法不仅可以直观地展示齿轮箱润滑油单项指标和总体指标的劣化程度,而且能够实现齿轮箱运行状况的综合量化评定,为检测维修提供理论依据。 Combined with the ferrography quantitative analysis index, a comprehensive evaluation index system was com- posed by using the deviation of physical and chemical indicators between the measured value of used gearbox oil and its standard state.The standardization of each evaluation index was carried out, and the weight of each evaluation index was determined by information entropy.In view of the shortcomings of traditional Radar Chart, a novel Radar Chart evaluation method was introduced to establish a comprehensive evaluation model of the gearbox condition.Experimental results show that this method can visually demonstrate the degree of deterioration of the individual indicator and the overall index of gearbox oil ,and can realize the quantitative evaluation of the condition of the gearbox.It can provide a theoretical basis for the inspection and maintenance.
