毫火针疗法对民警单纯性肥胖血脂水平影响的临床研究

Clinical Research on Fire Filiform Needle for Lipid Levels of Simple Obesity among Policemen

目的:比较毫火针疗法和毫针针刺治疗民警单纯性肥胖的疗效差异。方法:将68例单纯性肥胖民警随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组36例,对照组32例,观察组取脐周九宫八卦穴,予毫火针法;对照组取相同穴位,予常规针刺。观察两组治疗前、治疗后的第4周、8周、12周和16周时,体重、BMI、腰臀比;在治疗前、治疗后16周检测血脂水平(TC、TL、LDL-C、HDL-C)。结果:观察组总有效率为100%,优于对照组的68.75%。在改善肥胖指标和调节血脂方面,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),且观察组优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:毫火针疗法和普通毫针均有减肥和调节血脂的作用,且毫火针疗法优于普通毫针。

Objective： To compare the differences of efficacy the between fire filiform needle and filiform needle on simple obesity. Methods： 68 cases of simple obesity were divided into a fire filiform needle group（ 36 cases）and a filiform needle group（ 32 cases）. In the fire filiform needle group,pricking method of fire filiform needle was given at the Jiugong Bagua acupoint. In the filiform needle group,the conventional method was given at the same acupoint. The treatment was for 16 weeks in both groups. The weight,BMI and Waist – hip Ratio（ WHR）were recorded before treatment and on the 4th week,the 8th week,the 12 th week and the 16 th week after treatment. The TC,TL,LDL-C,HDL-C were recorded before treatment and on the 16 th week after treatment. Results： The total effective rate was 100% in the fire filiform needle group,which was superior to 68. 75% in the filiform needle group. As to improving the obesity index and regulating blood lipid,there was a significant difference between two groups（ P〈0. 01）. The fire filiform needle group was obviously superior to the filiform needle group（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion： The fire filiform needle therapy can obviously improve the obesity index and regulate blood lipid,which is obviously superior to the filiform needle therapy.
