针刺联合整体治疗对急性脊髓损伤后轴突再生的研究现状

Research Progress of Acupuncture Combined with Holistic Treatment for Axonal Regeneration after Acute Spinal Cord Injury

脊髓损伤(SCI)是临床上极难治愈的严重疾病之一,且常伴有多种复杂并发症,给患者及家属带来很多负担。临床上单一学科治疗很难取得满意的疗效。本研究探究将整体治疗引入急性脊髓损伤治疗后轴突再生的可行性和预期效果。通过分析急性脊髓损伤整体疗法的主要组成部分,推荐采用针刺作为基础疗法方案,并总结了现有的基于针刺治疗的脊髓损伤后轴突再生的整体治疗案例。从而证明采用整体治疗是治疗脊髓损伤的理想模式,值得重视和进一步研究。

Spinal cord injury（ SCI） is one of the most serious diseases in clinic. It is often accompanied by a variety of complications,which brings a lot of burden to the patients and their families. Single clinical treatment is very difficult to obtain satisfactory results. This article will explain the overall introduction of treatment for acute spinal cord injury and the feasibility of the treatment for axonal regeneration and the main expected effects.Acupuncture therapy is recommended as a basic method. We summarize the existing overall treatment for the cases of axonal regeneration after spinal cord injury through acupuncture. Overall treatment is proved to be the ideal mode for the treatment of spinal cord injury which is worthy of attention and further study.
