摘要
湿法脱硫是目前国内应用最多的烟气脱硫工艺,但其存在着脱硫后排烟温度过低等问题,因此在湿法脱硫中通常需要对脱硫后的烟气进行预热排放。结合工程实例,分析了热媒水管式换热器(WGGH)的设计思路、系统结构,以及在百万超低排放燃煤机组中的应用。通过对系统运行状态进行分析可知,热媒水管式换热器(WGGH)达到了预期效果,具有良好的应用前景。
Wet flue gas desulfurization is the dominant technology among all kinds of technologies of FGD in china. There are many problems after WFGD such as corrosion, gypsum rain and so on, so the flue gas whose temperature is too low need to be heated before emission. Combining with the practical examples, the design ideas and system architecture of the WGGH are introduced, which has been used in a new set up power units(2×1000MW). The WGGH has been applied in project and achieved expected effect, so it has good application prospects and value in power plant.
